Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be automatically added when you check out but it can be removed if you are eligible for an exemption - see below.

VAT Exemption for Medical Reasons

If you are purchasing due to medical hairless (including alopecia or chemotherapy) you will likely be eligible for VAT exemption.

If this applies to you, we’ll guide you through a short declaration process so your wig can be purchased VAT-free.

How it works:

• Get in touch with us before purchasing.

• We’ll email you a simple declaration form via Docusign.

• Once completed, we’ll adjust the price and email you a personal payment link which removes VAT.

This process applies to both online and in-person purchases.

Please note that VAT cannot be refunded after an order has been placed, so it’s important to complete the declaration in advance.
