Returns Policy

We understand how important it is for your hair to feel right. If you’re unsure about your purchase, we recommend a consultation before purchasing to ensure the best match. After purchase, if you feel your piece isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it, provided it remains in a saleable condition.

To be eligible to return, the wig must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With the lace uncut

  • Free from make up and products.

If the lace has been cut, or any alternations have been made (including cutting, colouring or restyling), the wig cannot be returned.

Returns & Cancellation Policy (UK Customers)

Your Legal Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your wig.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days (28 days from delivery in total).

If you cancel within this period and the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

We use tracked and signed-for delivery and will rely on delivery confirmation records to determine the start of the cancellation period.

Returns After the 14-Day Cancellation Period

If you notify us after the initial 14-day cancellation period but within 28 days of delivery:

  • Returns will be accepted for store credit only

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with lace uncut, and must be free from make up and product residue.

Returning Your Item

Items can be returned to us in person or by post. If returning by post:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  • We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If returned items do not meet our Returns & Cancellation Policy, it will be sent back to you.
