Every consultation is with me. They're free, they last about an hour, and there's no obligation to buy anything - plenty of people come to see what's out there and go away to think about it.

Before you come, I'll send you a few short questions so I already know a bit about you and you don't have to start at the beginning.

When you arrive there's a comfy chair and a cup of tea. I'll measure your head, and we'll talk through colours, lengths, densities and cap types while you try things on. You can put wigs on yourself or I can help - whichever you'd rather.

If you have your own hair, I'll give you a special hair band to hold it out of the way while you are trying things on. I have alopecia myself, so there's nothing you'll show me that I haven't already seen on my own head.

If you decide to order, your wig is made to your specification and takes around four to six weeks. If you don't decide to order anything, that's also completely fine.

What happens

In Person Consultations

Consultations take place at The Beauty Snug in the Craws Nest Collective. It's a calm, private room - you'll have it to yourself, and we won't be rushed. You're very welcome to bring someone with you.

Online Consultations

If you can't get to Edinburgh or aren’t ready for an in person consultation, I also offer online consultations. We'll talk through what you're looking for, I'll guide you through measuring, and I'll walk you through the options properly.
